Target Email Database

Email marketing is only as effective as the target email database to which you’re emailing. WinGreen can build clean, precisely targeted, effective email databases for your email marketing needs. All target email databases used and managed by WinGreen are de-duplicated in real time, all bounces are automatically removed, and all opt-outs are processed within five days (half of the CAN SPAM Act’s requirement of ten days). Customers choosing to have WinGreen build in-house confirmed opt-in databases or customer email databases may choose to add de-duplication software tools to aid in database hygiene.

Customer email database

WinGreen can build a new target email database of your existing customers’ contacts and email addresses or help clean up, de-duplicate, and optimize your existing database. Email marketing to current and past customers is a great way to stay in touch, promote new products and services, grow customer satisfaction, and maximize revenues derived from your customers. Do you have a large customer database but no email addresses? WinGreen offers email appending. You provide names and companies and we’ll append their email addresses to their existing contact records with a high success rate.

Outbound target database

WinGreen creates email databases for your outbound email marketing.

Using our “Perfect Prospect” method, we identify exactly who you want to reach based on the following:

We create a database of anywhere from 5000 to 1,000,000+ contacts with following information:

WinGreen’s target email databases are generally for use by WinGreen as components of our clients’ campaigns. WinGreen clients avoid blacklisting, ISP blocking, and email sender reputation damage by having WinGreen manage and utilize the email databases. No more bounces, opt-outs, or complaints.

Confirmed opt-in database

WinGreen sets up confirmed opt-in (sometimes called “double opt-in”) email subscriber lists. If you want to build your own in-house emailing list and avoid the mass email headaches of blacklists, spam filters, and ISP blocking, you’ll want a confirmed opt-in email database. Confirmed opt-in subscribers are individuals who have voluntarily elected (“opted in”) to provide their email addresses to you and accept email from you and then subsequently confirm their subscription by either clicking on a confirmation link or responding affirmatively to a confirmation email. The benefits of confirmed opt-in databases are higher response rate, near-zero spam filter or spam complaint rate, and much better engagement through the term of the relationship. The disadvantages are that confirmed opt-in lists take a substantial amount of time to build and that they require a steady stream of content to be created on a regular basis in order to satisfy their subscription expectations.
